– The minimum height to drive a Monster Truck is 1.60 m and 1.20 m for the co-driver. Only people over 18 years old with a valid driver’s license will be allowed to drive.

– The splash pad, slides and bridges at Splash Zone are exclusively for children under 12 years old.

– Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.

– If you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain or get dizzy easily, certain activities are not recommended.

– Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya will be included only if you add it at the time of purchase.

– All activities are subject to weather conditions.

– You must first verify the requirements of each activity.

– Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable. Any change in the date of visit may be subject to change in the rate.

– No date changes are allowed on the day of your visit.
