– You must bring your printed proof of purchase.
– Wear comfortable beach clothes and bathing suit. Bring a towel and an extra change of clothes.
– Your sunscreen and suntan lotion should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
– Bring cash or credit card to buy souvenirs, do an Optional Activity or purchase photos of your visit.
– Children under 12 years old with a height over 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
– Snorkel equipment rental costs $10.99 USD ($25 USD refundable deposit required).
– Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya will be included only if you add it at the time of your purchase. You must confirm time and place of departure.
– Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable. Any change in the date of visit may be subject to change in the rate.
– No date changes are allowed on the day of your visit.
