What is included in the tour
- Round trip transportation in a panoramic bus or luxury van, from the comfort of your hotel.
- Access to the archaeological site of Chichen Itza with certified bilingual guide.
- Visit to Xcajum cenote with 45 min for swimming activity (mandatory use of life vest).
- Use of facilities at Xcajum cenote (lockers and life jackets at additional cost).
- Buffet lunch at the Xcajum cenote restaurant (beverages at extra cost).
- A bottle of water for the archaeological site.

Important Information
– Approximate duration: 12 h (including transfer time).
– The use of video camera inside the archaeological site pays an extra tax that is not included in the tour price.
– It does not include the rental of lockers and lifeguards in the cenote.
– Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
– Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable. Any change in the date of visit may be subject to change in the rate.
– It is not possible to change the tour date on the day of the tour.
– There may be unannounced changes in the logistics or operation of the tour.
Schedules
- Available: Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Hours: Monday through Saturday. Transportation is between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. depending on your hotel location.
- Minimum age: For all ages.
- Children: Under 4 years old free. From 5 to 11 years old pay half price.
Recomendations
- You must bring printed proof of purchase.
- Confirm the time and place of departure of your transportation.
- Wear cool clothes and comfortable walking shoes.
- Bring a hat or cap and sunglasses.
- Bring a bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes for the visit to the cenote.
- Your sunscreen, repellents and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide.
- Bring cash or credit card for drinks, souvenirs and personal expenses.
