Important Information
-Children under 12 years of age with a height over 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
– Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
– Certain park activities are not recommended if you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain or get dizzy easily.
– The maximum weight for the zip line activity is 136 kg and the minimum is 40 kg. The capacity in circumference of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg. In the case of children, the harness must be properly adjusted and have a minimum height of 1.10 m, otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to do the activity.
– Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya will be included only if you add it at the time of your purchase.
– Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable. Any change in the date of visit may be subject to change in the rate.
– It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit.
Schedules
- Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Minimum age: 5 years old and older.
- Children: From 5 to 11 years old pay half price.
Recomendations
- You must bring your printed proof of purchase.
- Wear comfortable beach clothes and bathing suit. Bring a towel and an extra change of clothes.
- Your sunscreen and suntan lotion should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
- Bring cash or credit card for souvenirs, optional activities or to purchase photos of your visit.
